This April, we are introducing a refreshed Care Possible platform designed to make finding, organizing, and delivering care simpler, clearer, and easier.

Everything you love today will still be there; it will just feel easier to navigate, more intuitive, and deliver a stronger mobile experience.

A major platform upgrade, built for everyday use

This release represents a significant advancement in the Care Possible online experience.

The technology that powers the platform has been upgraded, and it’s given us the opportunity to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and modernize the interface.

What’s new:

A new and improved foundation
A cleaner layout with clearer navigation
A much-improved mobile experience across all devices

The tools and features you rely on every day
You won’t need to learn a new technology – you are simply getting a better version of the one you already use.

Changes to how you log in and access Care Possible

Once the upgraded platform goes live in April, you will no longer be able to access the version of the software you are currently using (Don’t worry, we’ll take care of moving all the important stuff to the new version so it will be there waiting for you!).

Care Possible will then be accessed exclusively through our new responsive web app. It runs beautifully on your phone, tablet, or computer, and there's no app download required. You can even add a home screen shortcut for quick, one-tap access.

Everyone will need to log in again. Here’s what to expect

When the upgraded platform is live, you will be asked to sign in again for security and system consistency. Please use the same email address and password that you have used in the past.

Most features will feel familiar, but you will experience them in a more contemporary and intuitive way.

A quick check-in at first login

When you sign in for the first time after launch, we’ll guide you through confirming a few key details, including:

Any missing personal information (e.g., phone number or date of birth)
Setting up two-factor authentication to add extra security to your account
