Based in Winnipeg, Care Possible offers flexible, affordable, and personalized care options across the province. Our easy-to-use platform helps you find trusted support professionals who match your unique needs and preferences.
Once you've found the right match, Care Possible streamlines the hiring process with visual scheduling tools, secure online payments, built-in messaging, and reduced paperwork.
Every care provider undergoes a rigorous screening and verification process, including background checks, to help ensure a safe and trusted community.
Care Possible is an initiative of Manitoba Possible, a non-profit organization dedicated to removing barriers and promoting full and equal participation through a wide range of programs and services.

How it started?
Manitoba Possible, formerly SMD, heard from many Manitobans that struggle to connect with the right care provider for their families. Some spend a lot of time and money searching for the right person, while others are going without important services like respite or home care.
“We held forums and listened to the needs of families and individuals in our community who are struggling to access qualified, trusted, and available help” said Lindsey Cooke, Director of Provincial Services at Manitoba Possible, the group behind Care Possible. “Care Possible is here to help mitigate those issues of safety and security to bring about change in our community.”

Our mission is to improve access to quality, affordable care across Manitoba by connecting individuals and families with trusted care providers and delivering an exceptional care experience that supports choice, independence, and well-being.

Our purpose is to empower individuals and families with greater choice and control over their care while supporting caregivers with meaningful work opportunities, fair compensation, and the tools they need to succeed. By creating trusted connections and simplifying the care journey, we help build stronger communities where people can live with greater independence, dignity, and peace of mind.
