Care providers on Care Possible are all independent contractors who set their own rates and hours. You can also view recommendations and ratings from past clients, and check whether their personal interests are a good fit before you make contact.

You can even invite people to become care providers on the platform.

Care providers can apply for your listings or you can search care providers and contact them directly.

  • Yes, if several family members are all helping out with caring for a loved one, you can invite another person to help organize support. They are called co-organizers and the primary account holder can invite them to access the account.

  • When joining Care Possible, care providers must complete a thorough verification process, including a profile picture, phone and email verification and provide a short bio. This allows the care provider to become visible on the platform and increases their chances of getting job opportunities. In addition, care providers must complete Criminal Record, Child Abuse Registry and and Vulnerable Sector checks.

  • The schedule can be as flexible as you want. You can start with casual hours, last-minute jobs or schedule time weeks away. Typically families like to schedule regular work periods for about a month at a time.
